Simple, you pay £449 upfront, we provide property valuation and confirm your property details, photos etc. and we will list your property on local property portals and our site. Any interest or offers made will be sent directly to you so we can respond to the customer and you host the viewings yourself. The balance of any additional services will be paid upon completion or at the end of our agreement.
